About the Journal


Journal Early Childhood Education (JECER) is an accredited, ranked, and peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing original research and review articles across all aspects of teaching in ECE, learning in ECE, educational manajement in ECE, and child development. View full Aims and Scope. We truly welcome researchers, scientists, professionals, and policymakers to share new insights on advancements in this field. JECER ranked second in the Science and Technology Index (SINTA 4) and has been accredited by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Republic of Indonesia, starting from Volume 4, No. 1, 2023, by Decree No. 286/DST/C3/HM.01.00/2026. All submitted articles will be rigorously peer reviewed, based on the initial appraisal by the editors, and, if the article is found suitable due to the high impact of the findings and the appropriateness of the technical aspects, it will be further considered by anonymized, independent, and expert referees.

JECER is published twice a year in June and December on behalf of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Jember, Indonesia (Telephone: (0331) 321784), in collaboration with PPJ  PAUD Indonesia (Perkumpulan Pengelola Jurnal PAUD Indonesia) and Perkumpulan Pendidikan Islam Anak Usia Dini.

During the process, JECER adopted the online journal system (OJS) and obtained an e-ISSN (2774-2164), which was followed by the assignment of a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) number for each manuscript.
